Ultimate Europe, with its headquarters in Amstetten, Germany, is continuing its growth and is investing €12 million in its new site in St. Georgen am Ybbsfeld, Austria.
Ultimate Europe was based in 2003 and develops, services and sells automated door systems, gangways and interior fittings for rail vehicles.
The company at the moment employs 125 employees at three places within the Amstetten area. This new amalgamation will create a modern, future-oriented office complex for as much as 220 staff.
In whole, new workplaces, manufacturing, analysis and growth areas in addition to a product showroom for customers can be created on an space of roughly 18,000m². Ultimate Europe is investing €12 million in the new site within the cadastral municipality of Leutzmanndorf (St. Georgen am Ybbsfeld).
Together with the regional general contractor Planraum, and under the supervision of architect Jörg Stadlbauer, an environmentally-friendly workplace advanced with a heat pump and photovoltaic system can be constructed. Along with green outside areas and an atrium, staff will also have their own fitness space and sufficient vehicle e-charging stations at their disposal.
Building is scheduled to begin in February 2021 with completion by February 2022.
The hoped-for enhance in effectivity through the merging of the places, in addition to the ensuing growth potential, will assist Ultimate Europe to realize an annual turnover of €100-120 million within the next 5 years. The investment within the new constructing may even create additional regional jobs in various fields.
