Abu Dhabi – The Department of Culture and Tourism has updated it’s travel ‘green list’ destinations recently, adding more nations in the list from where travellers are exempted from quarantine
Travellers arriving from these nations will be exempt from necessary quarantine measures after landing in Abu Dhabi. They will only be required to undergo PCR testing upon arrival on the Abu Dhabi International Airport.
The ‘green list’ will be updated regularly based on international developments and the nations, regions were added accordingly.
Inclusion within the list is subject to strict criteria of health and safety to ensure the well-being of the UAE community. The list also only applies to nations the passengers are arriving from rather than their citizenship.
The updated Green List as of January 25:
1. Australia, 2. Bahrain, 3. Brunei, 4. China, 5. The Falkland Islands, 6. Greenland, 7. Hong Kong (SAR), 8. Maldives, 9. Mauritius, 10. Mongolia, 11. New Zealand, 12. Oman, 13. Qatar, 14. Saudi Arabia, 15. Singapore, 16. St. Kitts and Nevis, 17. Thailand
