Travel restrictions were imposed in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic
RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s interior ministry stated on Tuesday it will later announce a date of lifting restrictions on residents touring to and from the Kingdom.
The Kingdom partially lifted a suspension of worldwide flights on Sept. 15, six months after travel restrictions had been imposed due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Saudi authorities had initially stated it might finish all restrictions on air, land, and sea transport “after Jan. 1” subsequent yr, to be introduced on a particular date in December.
