Finland to cut visa application appointments in Russia by half

MOSCOW (Reuters) – Flights between Moscow and the capitals of Finland, Vietnam, India, and Qatar, which are suspended since the early weeks of the pandemic as a precautionary measure to curb the covid-19 disease from the spread, would now resume from Jan 27, after certain epidemiological criteria were met, Russian authorities said on Saturday

A statement shared following a meeting of the government’s coronavirus HQ said it was observed that all four countries have fewer than 40 new cases per fortnight per 100,000 people.
