From 1 April 2022, fully vaccinated travellers on all Singapore Airlines (SIA) and Scoot flights will enjoy quarantine-free entry into Singapore, without the need for any on-arrival test. They must still take a pre-departure test within two days of flight departure, and meet prevailing visa requirements.
As a result, SIA and Scoot will no longer designate Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flights from 1 April 2022.
Travellers who are not fully vaccinated will be subject to prevailing quarantine and testing requirements. Long-Term Pass holders and short-term visitors who are not fully vaccinated must also apply for approval prior to entry into Singapore.
Existing customers who are currently booked on a VTL flight on or after 1 April may travel as planned. They need not make any changes to their booking.
Destinations
With the reopening of Singapore’s borders, travellers can enter Singapore quarantine-free via the SIA Group network of 97 destinations in 34 countries.
VTL Eligibility Criteria and Health Measures Until 31 March 2022
Customers travelling to Singapore via the VTL on or before 31 March 2022 must take designated VTL flights, and meet all other eligibility requirements to enter Singapore quarantine-free. Customers who fly on non-VTL flights will be subject to prevailing quarantine restrictions in Singapore.
Please note that with the exception of Malaysia, customers may travel from Singapore to VTL destinations on any SIA or Scoot flight, but must ensure that they meet the requirements to enter these countries. They are advised to regularly check the official websites of their destination countries for their latest entry requirements before their flights.
