Seoul, South Korea: Seoul’s most famous event, SEOUL FESTA 2022, will be held this time from August 10 (Wed) to 14 (Sun) at Jamsil Sports Complex for 5 days. The event will be held all over Seoul.
At the opening performance of the start of ‘Seoul Festa 2022’, K-pop stars such as world star RAIN and NCT DREAM will come to meet 40,000 domestic and foreign audiences who will fill Jamsil Main Stadium.
The highlight of (Seoul Festa 2022) is the ‘2022 Seoul E-PRIX’, the world’s largest electric vehicle racing competition held for the first time in Korea. A low-noise, pollution-free electric vehicle armed with cutting-edge technology competes with speed and technology by running on real urban roads around the Jamsil Olympic Stadium. It is expected to serve as an opportunity to introduce the charm of Seoul to more than 300 million viewers in 197 countries around the world.
During this period, various festivals and experience events that can only be enjoyed in Seoul are held throughout Seoul. About 3,000 companies including department stores, online shopping malls, and hotels participate in the ‘Seoul Shopping Festa’, which offers up to 50% discount, to be held for one month in August. A festival with themes of water sports and movies is held at Hangang Park, a representative tourist destination in Seoul, and the ‘Night Guard’ event is held at Daehanmun Gate and Sungnyemun Square in Deoksugung Palace, where you can enjoy the beautiful night view of Seoul.
