New Turkish Airlines flights expand travel options between DFW and Istanbul, Europe, Asia and Africa

(DFW AIRPORT, Texas) – Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) Airport announced the launch of a new international service between DFW and Istanbul aboard Turkish Airlines. From September 24 the airline service four direct flights per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday), utilizing Boeing 787-9s on the route.

“As the most connected airport in the United States, DFW is pleased to introduce non-stop travel from Istanbul to North Texas for the first time,” said Sean Donohue, Chief Executive Officer, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. “This new partnership with Turkish Airlines reflects DFW Airport’s commitment to continued growth and providing customers with more travel options.”

Turkish Airlines is the national flag carrier airline of Turkey and will become the 15th international carrier serving DFW Airport.
