Germany’s flag carrier Lufthansa announced on Wednesday (July 13) to cut an additional 2,000 flights from its July and August schedule due to staff shortages. The removal of 2,000 additional flights mainly from Frankfurt and Munich airports.
Lufthansa earlier cancelled 3,000 flights for the months of July and August. The carrier later scrapped another 770 flights and restricted seat sales to its most expensive category to limit availability.
This is the third time when the carrier announced flight cancellation.
