Lithuania: As of Monday, 13 December, three islands of the Kingdom of Spain will move from the red to an orange (yellow) category on the list of countries affected by coronavirus infections: Fuerteventura, Tenerife, and Gran Canaria, and France’s overseas region French Guiana.

Different requirements will apply to travellers depending on the category of countries visited during the last 14 days before their arrival in Lithuania.

The weekly list of affected countries is updated every Friday to take effect on the following Monday. According to the maps of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), countries fall into four colour categories that fall subject to specific requirements. Lithuania’s list of affected countries marks countries in a specific colour according to the colour of the most affected region in that country. Third countries that do not report to the ECDC fall into the grey category.
