Israel makes Mandatory Pre-Departure Testing for Travellers to Ukraine

Israel Health Ministry has updated the changes to the air travel regulations on Thursday (Aug 26), effective From Sunday (Aug 29) until Monday (Sept 6) (about a week before Rosh Hashana) all travellers leaving for Ukraine will be required to test before the flight, including vaccinated and recovered individuals.

The changes to the air travel regulations :

The regulations effectiveness will be extended until 20.9.2021

As a temporary provision that will apply between 29.8.2021 and 6.9.2021 (about a week before Rosh Hashana), it will not be possible to board a flight to Ukraine without presenting negative test results, including for vaccinated and recovered individuals, who as of now are not required to test before boarding an outbound flight.
