CAIRO: The Ethiopian authorities have temporarily suspended visas on arrival and E-visa provisions starting from June 18, 2021.
Egypt air announced in a statement on its official Facebook page “In light of the instructions issued by the concerned authorities in ETHIOPIA, customers from all nationalities and flying all airlines are kindly advised that the Ethiopian immigration authorities have temporarily suspended visa on arrival and E-visa provision for all passengers starting midnight of 18 June 2021 for passengers traveling to Addis Ababa Airport due to system,”.
The Egyptian company asked its clients to check travel requirements updates ahead of their flights, calling upon them to abide by health procedures and travel controls, which can be seen on the EgyptAir website.
