Denmark announced on Wednesday to lift travel restrictions for Greece, following Greek Tourism Minister Haris Theocharis’ contacts with officials in the Scandinavian country.
During his meeting with Theocharis in Copenhagen, Deputy Foreign Minister and Executive Director of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Erik Brogger Rasmussen announced that “the Danish government has decided to lift restrictions for Danish citizens wishing to travel to Greece.”
He explained that “in the first phase, in the following days, travel to the Peloponnese will be allowed without restrictions. Then, from June 26, the restrictive measures to any destination in Greece will be lifted.”
Denmark to scrap face masks from Monday
Denmark govt. Agreement on phasing out restrictions from June 11, the opening hours of bars and restaurants extended from 11 PM to midnight.
The number of spectators allowed at Parken football stadium increased from 15,900 to 25,000 from June 12
The requirement to wear a mouthpiece or visor will be phased out on 14 June 2021 in all areas except for standing passengers in public transport, etc. Mouthpieces and visors will be phased out completely on 1 September 2021.
Coronapas no longer required in public libraries and activities around voluntary organizations or clubs from June 14.
Kindergartens, primary schools, after-school clubs, youth, and adult education expected to return to the normal timetable from June 14th.
From July 15 bars and restaurants, opening hours extended to 2 am,
From August 1 valid coronapas will no longer be needed in theaters, concert venues, indoor sports activities, and a wide range of other venues
While Nightclubs and discos can reopen for those with valid coronapas from September 1.
Coronapas no longer compulsory anywhere from October 1.
