U.S. low-fare airline launches sixth destination in February 2023
SAN FRANCISCO – The San Francisco International Airport (SFO) celebrated an announcement on Wednesday (Oct 19) from U.S. low-fare airline Breeze Airways detailing plans to launch service to Cincinnati, Ohio in February 2023. This latest service represents their sixth destination from SFO, having already launched service from SFO to Richmond, Charleston, Louisville, San Bernardino, and Provo.
“We are thrilled to welcome new Breeze service from San Francisco to Cincinnati,” said SFO Airport Director Ivar C. Satero. “Breeze continues to offer travellers what they value most: more choices to more destinations at competitive prices. We thank Breeze for their continued commitment to SFO and wish them success on this new destination.”
“We always look forward to providing more convenient and affordable service for our San Francisco guests,” said Tom Doxey, Breeze Airways’ President.  “With no other airline serving Cincinnati nonstop from SFO, this addition will give our guests a faster, more convenient way to entire northern Kentucky, southern Ohio and southern Indiana area.”
Breeze Airways, founded in May 2021 by aviation entrepreneur David Neeleman, added 44 routes this year from 12 new cities, coast to coast. The low-fare airline is expanding from its route structure in the east and southeast of the U.S. to 99 routes between 33 cities in 19 states.
