Weather
Majorca usually has about 300 days of sunshine a year. Its typical Mediterranean climate guarantees you will be able to wear your new summer clothes and sunglasses a whole lot while you are on holiday. As you might expect, the hot months in Majorca are the same as those in the United Kingdom. From June to September, the skies are blue and the sun is shining. Menorca
Menorca is called the Jewel of the Balearics and is a very popular holiday location. Weather

Gran Canaria

Hurghada

Burgas
Burgas is the largest port on the Black Sea and the fourth largest city in Bulgaria. It is a lively, compact city with many pedestrians and outdoor cafes on its street, providing a decidedly Mediterranean ambience.
It is a wonderful city to use as a base from which you can explore the resorts that are not too far away. You can also watch the birds at the serene lakes. Burgas’s long beach and neighbouring Marine Park are popular for walking. The region’s economy is thriving on the shoe stores, trendy clothing stores and new arcades, and with its restaurants and bars, Burgas is popular throughout the year.
Early June is when the season begins, with the city filling up with people and no vacancies available in the hotels. The season ends as September winds down. Bourgas isn’t the most famous beach spot, but it still has much appeal as a seaside town with many things to do. The country’s largest seaport is Bourgas’ port.
Many people stay in Burgas and take day trips to the nearby resorts, such as Sunny Beach, 30km (19 miles) north and quaint Sozopol, 34km (21 miles) south, and UNESCO-protected historical town, Nesebar, 20km (12 miles) north.

Tenerife

THE TENERIFE WEATHER OUTLOOK
Tenerife’s climate may vary dramatically according to the location.
Weather in Tenerife, South: Because the bigger holiday resorts are found in the south of Tenerife, that is where the majority of tourists go. From May to November, the average temperature is 20-26ºC, but the breeze helps mitigate the heat somewhat. The ocean reaches a median temperature of 23ºC.
Winter temperatures — December through April — are still relatively warm, with temperatures of 12 to 18ºC. It rains more in the winter months than it does in the summer. The ocean waters are brisker in wintertime, but brave souls still enjoy year-round swimming.
Weather in Tenerife, North: Compared to the south, Tenerife’s northern region is cooler and rainier with a hot summer. The summertime is usually a little overcast with a higher potential for rainfall. The temperatures range from 20-24ºC from June to October. There is some rainfall in the early months and about five days of rain in October.
On average, the temperature is around 18ºC during the day and 12ºC during the evening throughout the autumn. It is still comfortable to swim in the ocean during the autumn months.
From December to February are the winter months. During these months, the weather is rainier and cooler compared to Tenerife South. The land temperatures are usually 9ºC to 12ºC and the ocean is about 19ºC.
Although the nights can still be cold, the weather during the springtime is when the temperatures start to rise.
Mount Teide Weather: When you climb Mount Teide, be ready for the weather to change! Even in the summer, it is a good idea to take a jacket with you, as you are at a higher altitude at the top of Mount Teide. You will find it is a good bit chillier there. You will also find a lot more rainfall here. In the wintertime, snow covers the mountain.
Lanzarote
Among the most sought-after of the Canary Islands, Lanzarote has a dynamic Spanish flavour providing year-long sun, sea and sand. Lanzarote Landscape
The landscape in Lanzarote is arid. Some say it is almost like the moon! This is because the island has a very dramatic history of volcanic activity. There was a very big eruption in 1730. In fact, it was one of the most powerful volcanic blasts ever. It completely changed the southern areas of the island. About a quarter of the island of Lanzarote is taken up by the Timanfaya National Park. Here you will find a dazzling volcanic landscape that includes the “Mountains of Fire” or Montanas del Fuego.
The Mirador del Rio is in the northernmost part of Lanzarote and is a lookout point where you can see panoramic views of all the smaller islands that are to the north of Lanzarote. You will enjoy water sports and fun in the sun in the south of Lanzarote. Here you will find a string of lovely beaches lining the coast from Arrecife to Puerto del Carmen. Ponte Delgada
People who visit Ponte Delgada for the first time will be amazed by the Azores’ capital city, which in spite of current developments — there is a shopping centre and double carriageway — is still an old-fashioned charmer.
Life here goes at a slower rate than in other parts of Europe, and you don’t have a long way to go to discover peace and quiet in the bright sunshine southwestern area of Sao Miguel — the biggest of the nine Azorean islands.
Any schedule should include a visit to Ponte Delgada’s prominent churches like Sao Sebastiao, Sao Jose and Sao Pedro — each building showing a different architectural time. Ponte Delgada is also a good foundation where you can see the remaining parts of the island: the fantastic green and blue waters of Sete Cidades, the only commercial tea plantations in Europe, Furnas and Terra Nostra’s warm springs and spa resort, a lovely botanic park, are all easy to drive to.
It sounds very beautiful and quiet — and it is like this. However, the nightlife isn’t relaxing in bed early reading a good book; there are a lot of activities in Ponte Delgada when the sun goes down. Look at the sunset on the ocean, then go to various bars in the Marina area — probably the place where the main action is.
Fuerteventura
Fuerteventura is located just off the coast of Africa. In addition to the dazzling beaches, you will be amazed by the rugged terrain of this windswept Atlantic island. The desert plains, low-lying mountains, and rolling dunes give this island a distinctive atmosphere. This is the second biggest Canary Island; however, it has the least amount of people. Additionally, it may just have the best beaches in the entire archipelago.
You will find two major resorts on Fuerteventura. On the northern side is Corralejo. It is the biggest and most popular resort. On the southern side is Morro Jable, which is a little more sophisticated and a favourite location for surfers. You’ll have your choice of a number of small resort locations, along with quiet coastal spots where you can relax in seclusion. Weather
The weather is pleasant all year long in Fuerteventura with January’s average temperature being 17 degrees Celsius and August’s temperature being 25 degrees Celsius. There is a Spanish seasonal wind called the leveche or the sirocco. It raises the temperature greatly and brings on sandstorms. There is very little rain on Fuerteventura. In fact, it is quite desert-like year-round. If you enjoy spending a lot of time on the beach, this is the perfect holiday spot for you.

Fuerteventura has a number of wonderful attractions in addition to the gorgeous scenery and the lovely beaches. Located by Costa Calma at the southern tip of the country, you’ll find Oasis Park in La Lajita. This is where you can see a large variety of animals such as alligators, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, and several types of birds. You can also go for a camel ride through the lovely botanical gardens.
Corralejo, on the island’s north coast, is home to Baku Water Park, which recently opened. It has many water rides and activities. Also available are ten-pen bowling, crazy golf, and range driving. There is also an Animal Area of the park that includes sharks, stingrays and sea lions.
The early 20th-century philosopher, Miguel de Unamuno once lived in Puerto del Rosario. You can visit his home/museum today. It is called the Casa Museo de Unamuno. Betancuria is a lovely, sleepy little place. It is tucked away in the hills in the middle of the island. It is a terrific place to learn about the history of Fuerteventura. This locale is home to historic Iglesia de Santa Maria, as well as the ruins of an ancient monastery. You will marvel at the architectural wonders of this 17th Century church.
